Wiki Procedures using Ultrasound guidance

My Dr. wants to start using ultrasound for procedures like SI joint injections, occipital nerve blocks, peripheral nerve blocks etc. But in reading the CPT book these US must havewritten documentation and image documentation. Does any one know anything else about this?
