Have anybody been having problem with getting Procrit injection paid starting since the first of the year with Medicare. They were paying in 2010 with the same diagnosis we filed with in 2011. Can anybody shed some light on this problem?
 
Have you checked the most recent LCD for your MAC? Procrit and Aranesp have been pretty touchy the last few years and LCDs have changed frequently.
