Wiki Proctor help

I know this had been presented before in 2009, but no clear answer was given. Is there anyone that codes for a proctor? We have a robotic machine and have a physician proctoring other physicians on it. Some state that we can bill the proctor as the primary physician and the Dr in training as the assistant Dr. That just does not sound correct to me. Can anyone help me? Please and Thank you :)
