Wiki Proctoscopy with removal of polyp

The physician performs a proctoscopy at 20 cm with no abnormalities, other than the anorectal lesion. The lesion was clamped with curved hemostat and then the base was ligated with 3-0 undyed Vicryl. The lesion, was then amputated with the Metzenbaum scissors. Would you use 45170 or 46610 for this scenario? Thank You
