Wiki professional billing for ED to inpatient in cah method 2

We are a method 2 CAH and we had a patient present to ED and after treatment, was subsequently transferred to inpatient. I need help coding the professional services for both the ED and inpatient. I have only billed RHC independent and provider owned and my manager gave me the claim to code. Thank you in advance for any help.
