My providers resects a fem-fem bypass that includes the profunda femoris artery and does a new aortobifemoral bypass with dacron graft. He also reimplants the profunda femoris artery. I know that I can charge the 35646 for new bypass and all documentation that I have read says that any procedure that you do for inflow or out flow is included. But is there anything I can charge for the reimplantation of the profunda femoris artery?
