Can you report 93280 (Program Pacer) in office during global period od a Pacemaker procedure (i.e. 33208)? I believe it is bundled but need documentation. Thanks.

93280 is separately reportable during the 90 day global period. They are only bundled on the someday as implant.

I understand that this is billable, too. However, our first submission was denied to a commercial payer and denied for a missing modifier. We used -58 on the 93280 line (Staged or Related Procedure or Service by the same Physician during the postop period).
It was denied again because of inappropriate or missing modifier.
Has anyone else had this issue? Are you using any modifiers?
