Can you share with me the timeframe that your individual practices have for filing progress notes in the charts. I have to give a training and I need to get an idea of what is standard out there. I have read literature that states within 24 hours of service but the Texas Administrative Codes states 72 hrs. I have not been able to find any reference to this in the CFR...H E L P !!!
