Wiki Prolo Therapy injections in global period?

I bill for a DO and he does a lot of Prolo Therapy M0076 injections. Motor Vehicle PIP coverage does pay for these injections. He typically will do three injections over a three month period. Recently we have been getting denials from Safeco for the second and third injection stating that this is in the surgical global period. No other payers deny for this reason. What can I do to make Safeco understand that this is standard procedure and that no other payers deny for this reason?
