Wiki Prolonged Visit and Infusion code

I would like to find out if any one is getting paid for Prolonged Visit ( 99354) and Infusion Therapy codes (96360/96365) on same day. Also what modifiers should be used based on CCI?

We need more information to help answer you question.
Include all of the codes for that DOS we can determine what modifiers if any are needed.
Who is the insurance carrier for the patient?
Why would you bill a 96360 and 96365 at the same encounter?
A prolonged service code is an add-on code to an E&M, but you didn't include what your E&M was. Some E&M codes do not allow for them.
Are you billing the facility or profee services?
