Can I bill for both on the same visit? Pt was in the office for 3 hours, E/M 99215, IV infusion 90780 x 1and 90760 x 2, 99354 x 1 and 99356 x 4?
 
Double dipping

The time spent on the infusion can NOT be also used to justify prolonged services. You are already being paid for that time when you code the infusion.
