I have an orthopedic surgeon who performs Trumax proliferative injections into major, intermediate joints and tendon sheath ligament and tendon insertion.
It is my understanding that these are not billable except with HCPCS code
M0076 and are considered investigational and not payable my Medicare and most carriers.
Is anyone billing these type of injections?
