Hi,
I work in a primary care office. I'm struggling to find the proper way to code for a patient that came to the office for a request to be tested for STD's after and unexpected sexual encounter. The Dr. took a sample for testing, I was thinking of using 99213-25 G0445 and 87110, The patient has Medicare as primary. If anyone could assist with this it would be most helpful.
