Hi everyone!
I have a co worker who jumps straight to an appeal when working a denied claim, when there are other steps that should be taken.
This person is kind of difficult, so I'm trying to find resources that explains the correct steps before getting to an appeal.
I know each payer has their own processes, but are there any tools anyone has that they would be willing to share with me?
