Prophylactic brain irradiation

We have a patient whom got radiation treatment for lung ca and metastasis to lymph nodes in the neck now physician wants to do prophylactic irradiation to brain... how should I code this?, I came up with
V07.8 other specified prophylactic or treatment measure
V58.0 radiotherapy encounter
196.0 metastasis to lymph nodes head and neck
162.3 lung ca upper lobe
Is this correct? or is there another way of coding this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated :confused:
