Does anyone have any education on the billing of 0437T to prevent parastomal hernia? What primary CPT code would be billed with it when my surgeon is only placing the mesh? My surgeon is coming in during the patients colectomy with creation of colostomy performed by a separate surgeon. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
