26 French continuous-flow resectoscope was navigated through the urethra after the patient had been prepped and draped. The prostatic urethra was open some tightness of the bladder neck on the prior radiation. But there was no visible tumor on initial inspection the bladder was inspected thoroughly no tumors noted the ureteral orifice ease were in orthotopic location. A cytology was obtained. The visual operator was removed and the resection loop was entered. I did take several swipes of prostatic urethral mucosa to sent for specimen and then fulgurated hemostasis was excellent the cystoscope was removed
