Hi,

I am trying to find info on how to bill for Protein Electrophoresis-Urine and also Protein, Total. The Dr ordered these test, our lab performed the service and our bill is dropping with 84166, 82570 & 84156 x 2. I don't understand why we would bill 84156 twice. Can anyone explain this for me?
