Can anbody tell me where I can find the Medicare billing regulations for a provider-based clinic? Links would be wonderful!
 
I found some useful information on the following links. What I am having trouble with is specifically whether NPPs can bill incident to for E/M serivces in a provider based clinic? Does anyone have information on that? I've learned from these links about the basics of PBCs and therapeutic incident to services, but I need information on E/M incident to services?
