Wiki Provider Credentialing???

Can a provider see a patients while waiting for there credentials? And if so what should the provider to for billing? Do they hold these charts?
 
Unless they will retro the date for when the patients were seen, then the claims will not be paid if the provider is not credentialed. That is how it works here anyways.
