Wiki provider getting RVU's for her profee charge

We have a provider that had a radiology scan, but she is the only one certified to do the report on this. Can we charge for her doing her own report?? I don't know if its a compliance issue or if the insurance will end up denying. She is not the ordering physician but will get the RVU's for the pro fee portion. Please let me know your thoughts or if you have any helpful links. Thanks!
