I have a provider seeing patients via telemedicine for another location in our medical group. The patient comes to the other office has pregnancy test and breath alcohol before seeing the provider via telemedicine. Where should the the testing performed be billed from? Provider location or the office where patient had the testing? I believe the location where the patient is but I am unable to find documentation to support this.
