Hello! I work at a fertility clinic and our providers really want to have potential new patients come in for testing prior to the NPV; however I see a lot of denials from Premera trying to obtain that payment for the NPV. Another clinic I spoke with stated that they bill under the clinic vs. the provider to avoid this. We bill under the ordering provider, if there a right way to bill for these labs being drawn? Most of the labs are drawn in-house and processed in our own laboratory, and not sent to an outside lab. Any insight would be wonderful, thank you!
