Wiki Provider working remotely from a different state for telehealth only

Our practice is based in MD, and we have a practitioner who recently moved to Florida, and she has reached out to us offering to telehealth for AWV's and CCM services. She is licensed in both states. I have no idea as to what needs to be done or where I need to look to see what needs to be done. Does anyone have any ideas or direction that can help me?
