Do you know of anywhere where I can find a rule or statement that indicates that providing care prior to credentialing is ok to do and not fraudulent, you just may not get paid for the services?? Some of the providers are nervous about providing care for T-18/19 patients prior to their credentialing going through?
 
credentialing

You would go by your Medical Staff By-laws, but usually providers need to be credentialed before they start seeing patients.
