Our office uses 0232T for prp procedures. The code description states ultrasound guidance and harvesting is included and not to bill these codes separately. So, are we allowed to include the cost of ultrasound and harvesting in the total cost for 0232T without actually using the other codes separately? Thanks for any help!!
 
Yes, you can adjust the price if you are using ultrasound. Be prepared to submit documentation, but it should be paid.
