As we know PRP is not a covered item, so I have been discussing with the physician that all services for that visit would not be covered as well since the visit is related to PRP? What is wants to do is bill for the other services, ie nerve block and ultrasound guided so that he doesn't have to bill the patient for the PRP.

I am right in saying that none of the visit that day would be billable? From an auditing standpoint is there any published information regarding the days visits and if the service being provided that day all the incidentals wouldn't be covered either?

Thank you for your help!
