I am looking for someone who has some knowledge regarding this. I just have a question regarding a e/m data question.

I have a provider who signed a PSA with a hospital that he does a clinic at. When he reviews images there, can he get his unique points for data review in a E/M? I am questioning because the hospital will be billing the technical and professional component and my provider is technically their employee because of the PSA. Hope this makes sense.

you should still be billing the professional fee also. per our psa advisor we do a 30/70 split of our fee schedule. if we bill a 99213 we bill 30% and the hospital bills 70%. our location is different on those so it shows we are a department of the hospital.
