We have an Ophthalmologist who is documenting Pseudoexfoliation as a diagnosis. I explained to him that we don't have a code for this alone and need to know if this is glaucoma or cataract related. He claims that is wrong and because in ICD-9 we had Pseudoexfoliation of lens capsule (366.11) but now that translates to H25.89 Other age-related cataract, which he doesn't like either.

Any suggestions?
