Can someone tell me how "Description of Association," fits into the exam?

I asked a few providers and they would have tagged this in Desctription of Abnormal/Psychotic Thoughts.

I don't think that is it because they are seperate.

Anyone have something I can read or learn what I am looking for in the body of the notes?

The best i can tell, it has to do with their thoughts being loose, tangential, circumstantial, intact.

There are some examples listed in this link to give you an idea.
