Can nursing staff bill for vitals when 90801 is utilized by the phsychologist/physician? In other codes, this is an inclusive service.

Are you asking can a nurse bill with CPT code 90801? If that is your question the answer is no. The only providers that can bil for this code here at my Facility is the MD, NP, CNS, PA, CP, and CSW.
