Wiki Psych eval required for Infertility treatments

We have a patient who was required to have an Psych eval as part of the infertility treatment process. He has no MH problems and therefore no billable MH diagnosis. Any suggestions as to what we should use for an ICD 10 code? Thanks so much.
 
I think either Z01.818, Z01.89 or Z02.89 would be appropriate in this case - with no additional information I would choose with Z01.818 since it is appears to be a service done in advance of the planned infertility procedure.
