Wiki Psychiatry visit in the Hospital Setting

I have a Behavioral Health Provider who will be seeing patients in the hospital setting (Not a Psychiatric hospital). This provider will not be the admitting physician. Is it appropriate to code the inital visit with the patient with a 90801 or is this only used in the office setting? I am having trouble clarifying as the CPT book does not really say if you can or can't use this code in the hospital setting.
