Wiki Psychology Billing in the SNF setting

I bill for providers in a skilled nursing facility all under 1 tax ID. If our clincal psychologist wants to see a patient for behavioral health issues and one of our MD's wants to see the same patient on the same day for medical reasons, how would I bill that? Would I need a modifier or something?

Psychology billing in SNF setting

MD service should be coded appropriate E & M code, with medical diagnosis. What type of service is being provided by Psychology? Individual or group psychotherapy? Remember that PHD's cannot use E&M codes
