Hello,

Patient was noted to have:

1) Psychotic disorder (F28)
2) Major depressive disorder, recurrent episode, moderate

The provider had coded as above, but should it have been coded as:

F33.3 Major depressive disorder, recurrent, severe with psychotic symptoms
