Please help me!!! I do not have a 06 CPT coding book and need to know what replaced the following codes: 97112, 97128,97250,97610 & 97720. The U.S. Dept of Labor states these codes are invalid for 2006. I am billing for a hospital for work compesnation.
 
I have a copy of the 2006 CPT coding book, 97112 is still an active code however, none of the other codes are even listed in the book or as a code that had been deleted or replaced. I work for a clinic that is stricly worker compensation and I remember a few years ago there were some big changes for physical therapy but how far back I don't remember.

I have a copy of the 2005 CPT coding book, 97112 is still active but the other codes, 97128,97250,97610 & 97720, were not listed. I checked Appendix B to see if they were deleted in this year but they are not listed there, either. So the changes were made prior to 2005. Good Luck!
