Pt delivers baby in car

Hi. I am working on a pt now who delivered baby enroute to hospital in her car and then the placenta delivered in ambulance. She transferred to our practice at 31 weeks and had 6 visits prior to delivery. Would I just code the 59425 and 59430 for the post partum care or just the 59425?

You should bill for the prenatal visits, the postpartum only, and if the provider did the admit and discharge, you should bill for that as well.
