How would you code for a PT that sees patient's outside of the office at health fairs? Is there a specific CPT for PT that you could use, or can you code this with the health and wellness coaching codes? Can a PT use the health coaching codes?

What about a PT who sees patients outside of the office whee they stop by, ask questions, get advice and answers. Is there a PT code for this?

Is the provider going to get all the pertinent information in order to bill out these services? We had a local health fair here last year and some providers wanted to do something similar. They backed out when they figured out all the paperwork involved was going to be alot of trouble and would probably scare patients off anyway.
