Wiki Pt/inr - I am getting conflicting advice

I am getting conflicting advice on how to code a PT/INR lab draw on a patient with atrial fibrillation. Do you code V58.83, V58.61, and then 42731? or I have now been recently told to code just 42731 only, which is the correct way to go? I feel like the second way is incorrect because then I would be under coding, but I am not sure. Please help.

The PT INR is not being done to measure the afib it is to monitor the drug therefore you are correct with the V58.83, V58.67, 427.31
