Looking for some guidance for the below service:
(1) pt comes into lab for PT/INR draw (we bill 85610 & 36415) & results are reported back to the patient later in day.
(2) pt comes into facility for fingerstick (we bill 85610)
What is the least amount of service which we could perform for PT/INR? Is your facility checking the weight, BP, pulse, 02, etc at each visit?
