Does anyone know if PT or OT has to obtain prior authorization from TMHP Medicaid for Orthodic L codes?
I have a client who has never billed for any Orthodic supplies.
They do obtain the authorization for the visits but they arent sure if they need to get another for the supply. This is for an Out Patient Rehab Facility.

Any help is appreciated.
