Pt recieves Chemo then returns for hydration

I have a pt who recieved chemo then later that day returned with N/V and weakness. Pt then saw physician and recieved Hydration and Ativan.

Do I bill these together with OV, Chemo, Ativan IVP & Hydration, with one initial? Or 2 separate visits in one day with Chemo with one initial & OV, Hydration, Ativan IVP with one initial?
