37226 is this all i can code??

he patient was prepped, 1% lidocaine was used to anesthetize the area. Ultrasound guidance was used to access left common femoral artery. Abdominal angiogram with right lower extremity runoff was obtained which revealed the findings dictated above. We gave heparin. We got a 6-French sheath up and got a guidewire across the stenosis. We did serial dilation with the balloons and stenting with the aforementioned devices and listed above. Completion angiogram showed excellent result. The long 6-French sheath was exchanged for a short using Mynx closure device. He tolerated the procedure well.
thanks

You can code for the diagnostic arteriogram, but remember to add modifier -59 to the angio.
