I have an audit that I'm trying to figure out.

the program picked up missing charge rev code 48x; coronary artery angio s&I charge

what is coded is for IP
00.66
36.07
00.41
00.46
88.57

481 C9600 drug eluding stent is on the bill making me think I need one more for the angio but the S&I is messing me up. the hospital wouldn't bill for S&I.

when coding for the facility would I code the CPT for the technical component or is it included in the 88.57 code for the procedure.
