I need help coding this procedure - Pt had bilateral ptosis repair and bilateral ectropion repair - would this be a multiple procedure (51) for separate procedure (59). - Would I use 50 for bilateral or E modifiers?

67904,50
67917,50, 51 or 59

Any help would be appreciated - Thanks

Just saw this so not sure if it is to late. They are both coded with modifier 50No modifier 59 would be used since they do not bundle. You can use the 51 with some insurance companies so have to look at carrier guidelines. Hope this helps.
