Wiki Pt's with asthma and no tobacco contact?????

Hi and thanks in advance...
So we have the asthma code that now requires the use additional code regarding tobacco usage or exposure..So if none of the above applies, we leave it w/o? i'm surprised they didn't have a no exposure code.
