Our orthopaedic doctor saw a patient 3 days after giving birth for pelvic pain.
DX is pubis diastasis s/p child delivery.

Do I just code for pubis diastasis or are there any special 0 codes I'd need to use?

I did consider that code. My issue is that I normally only code for orthopaedic surgeries - I am only coding for inpatient admits today to help a coworker. Since we don't operate on pregnant patients I have no exposure to O codes and definitely needed the advice.
