Could you provide a little more info on the case? Did this happen to be a patient of coming in for some symptom and found to have an incidental pregnancy? or has the provider been aware of the pregnancy since before and just doesn't know the location?
We have codes for incidental pregnancies in case the patient came in for something and was found to be pregnant.

Actually Patient found to be pregnant during the last visit a week ago today she came up with the ultra sound report stating pregnancy of unknown location provider reviewed her regard and diagnosed pregnancy of unknown location so he ordered HCG again so I searched for the code pregnancy of unknown location but couldn't able to make it
