In the "Management Options Selected" section of the Medicare E/M scoring sheet I am trying to decide where a patients CPAP machine use should fall. It is "Low" like a type of Occupational Therapy? Or "Moderate" like a prescription drug ?
 
I would go Moderate

It is a prescription but I find myself more comfortable going with the presenting problem in this case which is most likely a chronic illness with mild exacerbation, progression, etc...

Just my opinion,
