Hello,

I have a physician that performed Mechanical Pulmonary Thrombectomy in the right main pulmonary artery, right truncus arteriosus artery, and right interlobar artery. Also, a pulmonary angiogram was done and reading and pressures were recorded. What CPT code would you use for this ?

I think I figured it out, but I am received a denial for Hap Adv. I billed 37184 XU, 37185 26, 36014 26,XU, 75743 26,XU. The insurance denied 37185 and 36014 for inconsistent modifier. Any suggestions on what modifier to use ?
